Introducing

The 12-Week Virtual Coaching Pilot Program

Education Leadership Services created The 12-Week Virtual Coaching Pilot Program to help school leaders like you reset instructional rigor in their schools. This program provides leaders with an opportunity to sample or pilot virtual coaching services in their schools so that they can determine if virtual coaching is a good fit for their system.

Participants will have individualized, targeted support that keeps strategic plans and instructional goals on track even when days are hijacked by crisis after crisis. Virtual coaching provides ongoing 1:1 or group support that is different from the status quo and much more effective in producing positive student outcomes, because coaches focus on getting results even in the most challenging circumstances.

ELS aligns with principal goals, ensures that they are consistently being implemented at high levels, and differentiates support to leaders and staff, so support is always relevant.

The job of school leadership has shifted drastically. You are now expected to do everything and be everywhere! We know you need support, but not the typical professional development. Educators need tailored support that is flexible, convenient, and individualized for their needs. The virtual coaching process will expedite results, give educators time to get back to their families, lessen workloads, and help them to love their profession again.

Sounds interesting?

Introducing

The 12-Week Virtual Coaching

Pilot Program

1:1 or group targeted virtual coaching.

Hello, I'm Veronica Gerald, founder & CEO of Education Leadership Services. I created this program, The 12-Week Virtual Coaching Pilot Program, just for leaders like you. Those who got into the profession to make an impact, but are finding it more difficult to sustain and remain in it. I know all too well what it's like to want to do what you love, but daily challenges make it nearly impossible.

However, there is a solution.

Individualized, targeted and ongoing support that is available to you whenever you it, on any topic, and at your convenience.

Virtual coaching support can be delivered whole group, small group, or 1:1.

Our ongoing virtual professional learning and coaching is unique, effectively resisting the status quo for PD, and is much more effective than the usual "one and done" PD because it is continuous side-by-side personalized support that focuses on results even while you're pulled in every direction.

The 12-Week Virtual Coaching Pilot Program is a 12-week 1:1 or group virtual coaching program that allows you to try virtual coaching and experience the benefits in your school.

If you love it, you can enroll for the entire year. If you choose not to continue after the 12 weeks, at least you have gotten to accomplish a few of your goals -- we will ensure this happens during the 12-weeks together.

How it works

  • Choose the right program for your needs. Once the program is purchased,

  • Complete Needs Assessment. Complete a brief form so interests and needs can be matched to an appropriate coach.

  • Client and coach schedule sessions. A virtual coach will reach out to the participant within 24 hours to schedule sessions that are convenient for the client's schedule.

  • The coaching cycle begins!  The virtual coach will start out by setting goals that are chosen by the client, so support is always relevant. Meetings occur regularly using virtual platforms, as well as the telephone and email. The coaching cycle ensues using research-based coaching strategies that measure growth areas for the client as well as for student outcomes.

Here's What School Leaders Have to Say

About Their Experience

With so many competing priorities, it is imperative that teachers get the support and guidance they need. Virtual coaching is one of the most innovative tools available in our field today.  My teachers loved the freedom and flexibility to have this virtual resource of well-trained, experienced professionals, to ask questions, pitch new ideas in a safe, non-evaluative format.

Dr. Kenneth R. Hamilton

Superintendent, Mt. Vernon City Schools, NY

Virtual coaching was a benefit to my teachers. My staff reported that they found the conversations with the coaches rewarding, relevant to their current classroom, and individualized to meet their professional needs. My teachers all reported that their craft was improved through the experience. I look forward to offering virtual coaching to my staff in the future.

Dr. Sharon Nepote

Principal,Community Consolidated Schools District 168, IL

This is a wonderful service to be able to provide to new teachers or teachers that are need of some additional supports. Coaching meetings can be scheduled around the busy teacher schedule due to the virtual platform.

The coaches are knowledgeable and teachers are paired with coaches based on a needs inventory that teachers fill out at the beginning of the program.

Principal of Strassburg Elementary
