Try the 8-Week Virtual Coaching Pilot Program.
This is an 8-week program that will allow teachers to partner with a virtual coach for professional development for summer or fall. Teachers will have the option of beginning their virtual support anytime over the summer or waiting until the beginning of school! This program will also allow your district to try out virtual coaching to see if it's a good fit. Truly a win-win!
This pilot program will only be available until midnight on
July 31, 2022.
How it works.
Assign a contact person and enroll staff.
Once the program is purchased, assign a district contact person and schedule a brief call so we can align overall coaching goals with district initiatives and goals for staff.
The participant completes a profile.
The particpant completes a brief profile, so interests and specialties are matched to an appropriate coach.
The participant and coach schedule sessions.
The coach contacts the participant to explain the program and to schedule sessions that are convenient for his/her schedule!
The coaching cycle begins!
The virtual coach and participant start out by setting goals that are aligned to district goals, then meet regularly using virtual platforms, telephone, and email to achieve those goals. The coaching cycle begins using research-based coaching and instructional strategies that measure participant's growth areas and student outcomes.

With so many competing priorities, it is imperative that teachers get the support and guidance they need. Virtual coaching is one of the most innovative tools available in our field today. My teachers loved the freedom and flexibility to have this virtual resource of well-trained, experienced professionals, to ask questions, pitch new ideas in a safe, non-evaluative format.

This is an 8-week virtual coaching pilot program that is targeted to each client's needs. Therefore, the start and end date depend on the client's availability.
Coaching sessions occur virtually using virtual platforms such as Google Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, as well as email, telephone, and text messages.
This program is a self-paced pilot program to allow new users to experience benefits before purchasing a longer program. We suggest completing one session per week over a period of 8 weeks.
